These guys are the best. Over the years when I’ve called I’ve always been able to get an appt quickly. The techs are always polite, knowledgeable, and work hard to get it done right. John has been out the last few times and has always taken care of us! Great people!

Excellent experience with Brothers Appliance Service! They were assigned by our warranty company and called a few hours after I submitted the request for service. The service technician John came out the next day and quickly fixed the issue with our dishwasher. He took the time to explain what the issue was and answered a few other questions I had. Everyone I talked to with Brothers was professional and helpful.

Warranty Company (AHS) sent them out to repair my dishwasher. John came to my appointment, diagnosed my issue (faulty and leaky pump), and repaired it on the spot. He is awesome! This is the second time this company was used for an issue I have and I've been satisfied both times. If you're with AHS, see if you can switch to use this company because I almost was assigned a different contractor with bad reviews.

Tracy was great! He came to fix the dishwasher in one of our Tulsa residences. He was very thorough. He also shared some other recommendation as he finished the service visit. Well done! Great work!

Wow just wow. Never have I had a repair guy give me a 1 hour window and show up in the 1 hour window. John was great professional and courteous, I have not one thing to critic him on. I will use them every time he was able to get my dryer running in 30 minutes and that's getting an approval from home warranty. I actually have had dozens of repair persons at my house and I rank Brothers and John among the best that have ever crossed my threshold.
