Professional and 5-Star service from this multi-skilled team. We had a termite damaged area (heart pine flooring, roof framing, etc) repaired and restored, crawlspace insulation and vapor barrier installed, old windows repaired, pocket door repaired, hurricane shutter hinge repaired. All done efficiently, and top quality. Highly recommended!

Brother Builders and Chris were all kind and professional, but we were also left with some issues after their work. We recently purchased a home that needed some repairs, and worked with Chris on them - the biggest of them being replacing an old shower with a new tub and shower surround. The first issue was our toilet that clogged a few days after they finished up. We first contacted Chris, but were directed to call a plumber on our own. During demo our toilet needed to be removed to allow enough space to install the tub, and a piece of insulation made its way into our toilet pipe and clogged it. We also called Chris as soon as we noticed the wall behind the shower was wet. He came out right away, but did not check the plumbing. He did fix a seal on our roof that he guessed might be the ca

Brothers Builders completed repairs perfectly. After having a roof leak that we weren't aware of until it damaged a corner of our two-story Great Room, their team discovered that we had a poor roof repair by a different company years ago. We needed almost a completely new roof, and we saw more than 15 plywood sheets removed that were damaged & needed replacement. The work was done professionally, protecting our landscaping & pool. We were amazed at the incredibly great job that TROY completed, repairing the damaged sheetrock in the LR and painting the two walls to match the original paint. NOT ONE DROP of paint was marked on our hardwood floor or on the baseboards. He removed every bit of sheetrock dust, and could not have done a better job. Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. We are relatively new to Charleston and luck led us to Chris and Brothers Builders. He has completed several projects at our home, including a major bathroom renovation. He was extremely thorough, honest, and transparent with all aspects of the projects - from estimating the cost, project start and finish schedules, and anything that came up in between. He also communicated with us throughout the projects so we knew what to expect. All of the people that came to work on our projects were extremely nice, professional, and helpful.
