Brothers Floor Covering

What an excellent experience and outcome we are enjoying from the work and services performed by Brothers Floor Covering. Our 1952 built Mid Century Home we have been working to restore to it's original splendor, and the beautiful wood floors installed by Brothers was the next step in the journey to this goal. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any flooring project.

We are in the process of finishing our 2400sf basement. We decided on Coretec Jerome Oak throughout. We had a great experience with Brothers Floor Covering from start to finish. They did a thorough job measuring and quoting. They were flexible with the timing of the installation. The team that installed our flooring was efficient and professional. Our floor is perfect! I would definitely use them in the future.

I had Brothers do two different jobs at two different properties recently, and I am very happy with both of them. I really liked that they had managers walk the jobs with the workers and with us before starting, and that managers came by every day (sometimes multiple times) and at the end as they continued to check on things for quality and any questions we had. Also, when the guys discovered a way they could improve on what we agreed to and discussed it with the managers, the kitchen job finished EARLY and cost almost $700 LESS than we had originally agreed to. That never happens! I will definitely work with Brothers again. It was a great experience.

I usually don’t write reviews but when someone exceeds my expectations this much I feel I need to spread the word and show my appreciation. I recently purchased a home and was looking to replace the carpet with hardwoods in most of our home. After stopping at a few big box stores I decided to swing by Brothers after hearing good things online and from a close friend. Boy am I glad I did! From the moment I walked in and talked the owner Greg, I realized this was the honest small family business experience I was looking for. Andrew and Jessica were top notch and helped answer my thousand questions I had and put me at ease. I had a great experience working with Brothers to install the floors in our new home. We went into the showroom to ask about replacing the old carpet with LVP before we moved in, and Andrew was very friendly and helpful in showing us different samples and answering any questions we had. He came by the house to take measurements, and we discovered that there were old hardwood floors under the carpet in three of the rooms. Time for a change of plan! Andrew helped talk us through our options, and we decided to keep the existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood throughout the other common spaces to tie everything together.
