Brothers Flooring did a tremendous job for us with our flooring project. Dan came out twice for us and gave us good estimates while describing the entire process. He patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the timeline and what to expect. Angelique gave us timely communication from the beginning of the process and throughout the job. Chad worked super hard and was dedicated to ensuring we were happy with the install while giving us a daily status update. We appreciate Chad's attention to all of the details of our flooring project. Ray helped out a few days too in between his other jobs. We would highly recommend Brothers Flooring!! We had an excellent experience with Brothers Flooring from start to finish. The team helped us select the perfect hardwood and made the entire process easy and stress free. They referred us to a mover that put our furniture in the garage and moved it out and back in with ease. Even the fridge. The new hickory floors turned out absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the attention to detail really shows. Our home looks completely transformed and the quality exceeded our expectations. Wow- Brothers Flooring did incredible work on our 1920s house with a mid-century addition. We pulled up some terribly installed vinyl, planning to install laminate instead, and were thrilled to discover original hardwood underneath! However, several wood flooring specialty contractors declined to take on the job and encouraged us to start over with all new wood on top of the original planks, mostly due to damage to some of the unusual boards (2" wide by 1/2" thick tongue-in-groove red oak vs. modern 2.25" wide by 3/4" thick boards), some very weird and uneven subfloor from who knows when, and our desire to extend the wood flooring to include the kitchen area, which previously had stick-on tile with crappy vinyl on top. Brothers did a fabulous job! Marco was great to work with during the process. He answered all my questions, no matter how many, and kept me informed on the progress, start and finish times every day.
