Super pleased with Jeremy, his crew, ease of communication, and quality of his work. Price was competitive as well. His crew re-finished 33+ year old red oak in our dining room, as well as removed some old glued down Bruce plywood type flooring, and replaced with 3 1/4 " white oak in our family room. No stain used, as i love natural oak: and finished with four coats of water based poly, satin sheen. Came out better than I expected. Crew was friendly, neat, and meticulous. I recommend BHI 110%.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing. I had the main part of my kitchen refinished, and a carpet in my dining room removed, with matching hardwood installed. Then, everything was stained. Jeremy was easy to communicate with throughout the process with any concerns or questions. He listened to tiny details, like a piece of trim I really wanted to save. The job was not complete until Jeremy was satisfied with the quality of work. I'm very happy I updated my floors with Brothers Home Improvement and Flooring.

Jeremy and his team at BHI brought our hardwood floor back to it's original beauty. It had been over 28 years since original install and finishing, had years of wear and some water damage from a leaky roof. They were quick to respond and in less than a week from initial contact, they completed the restoration. The crew was efficient, timely, organized, clean and very pleasant.
