Is this a fraud company? Signed up for quarterly cleaning service september of 2025. They charged $40 in september. They did a cleaning in October, charged another $40 post cleaning. Four months in and no cleaning since then. So, paid $80 for just 1 cleaning?

So the best way to put it is that you’ll never think your bins need to be cleaned until you actually get them cleaned. My bins have been bad for years but I just dealt with it. I saw this Facebook ad come up and I thought what the heck I’ll give it a shot. Well to my surprise the bins looked way way way better after even just the first cleaning. Now that they have been done a few times the bins look like new. The best part is the smells are all gone and there’s zero build up in the bottom of the can. I can’t express how happy I am to have found this service. Highly recommended

Paid for two cleanings of service back in Sept ‘24. The first one was fine. The second one, scheduled for December, never happened. First they took off three+ months for winter. Fair enough. When they did pick back up it was during spring break week and we were out of town. They rescheduled, but never showed. I tried to get an update but communication is abysmal. You can call the phone number but no one picks up and there’s no voice mail. Emails may or may not get a response. Luckily they did finally issue a refund, but unless you want the bin cleaning process to be much more painful than it needs to be, I’d avoid this company.

Brothers IN Sanitation did a great job. Sent a text to remind me they were coming and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the cans! Very happy with their service. Easy to set up and very happy with the final results

Extremely satisfied with the service. They work with our schedule to clean and sanitize - and deodorize(!) the bins! They will even work with us if we were too prompt and put them away before they were able to do the cleaning. Engaged, responsive and prompt customer service. I highly recommend!
