To be honest, I don’t know anything about their work. I can tell you that their employees are pretty unprofessional. The older fella driving this van was running people off of the road today, in Media. You’d think they would be more responsible in their work vehicles. I wouldn’t hire them.

Terrible, aggressive drivers who are very unprofessional and flick off people. If they employ such horrible people I would never trust this company. From reading reviews it appears this is a pattern. I hope they address this as it reflects very poorly on the company.

Wow! The 3 C’s of a professional company! Courtesy, competence and capable to deliver I had EXTENSIVE lighting upgrades added to my home. The craftsmanship and dedication to details was far above expectations. They left the work area so clean you would never know anyone was there. When you need QUALITY work… don’t go cheap. Go to Brothers Electric.

The company tried to reschedule twice in two weeks because they didn’t have parts delivered. They were only going to install one electrical outlet and four recessed lights. At the second attempt, I asked for my money back as I’m sure they could have obtained the parts (probably the most common parts) for an appointment that was four days later… Keep in mind that they want to collect the entire payment upfront (which is bizarre by itself). So you pay them, you wait 2 - 3 weeks for the initial appointment. They reschedule and push a week out and then they try to push again. That’s a lot of your money that is in their account collecting interest that should be yours…

Nobody at this company ever answers the phone. Our builder contracted this company to install our security system, it was not our choice. When you call for help because you have a problem with the equipment or you have a question you get an answering machine, you leave a message and most often your call is never returned. We have found Brothers Security to be very difficult to work with and very unprofessional. We are in the process of obtaining another central monitoring company to work with.
