The service tech communicated each step of his process to assess the extent of sewer main line cleaning needed. I felt he was honest about his assessment and he completed the task with no hickups. Gave options beforehand on what he could do. Afterwards he gave us options on maintenance or repair/improvement on main drain line dealing with tree roots.

Highly professional, reasonably priced, and not the least bit pushy in attempting to sell the service they offer. Full experience with BU below: Originally I called BU as the gas company had put a camera down my sewer and thought I had a partial collapse. One of the brothers (Caleb) was able to fit me in the same week I called for a free inspection, and diagnosed it as more likely just root blockage. He gave the option of hiring them to clear/clean the line with pressurized water or could go elsewhere and hire a more traditional (and cheaper) service that uses a blade to clear the blockage and explained the differences in technique with the pros/cons of each without attempting to sell me sp

We had an excellent experience with Brothers Underground. They came out and did an assessment of our situation. Then they came up with multiple quotes for different options and gave us the pro/cons of each approach. On the day they came for a repair there was a snowstorm so we weren't sure if they would come, but they were on time and finished up promptly. No complaints.
