Very impressed with Broughton Appliance. Sean was knowledgeable and courteous and got our dryer fixed! Exceptional customer service whenever we call. Great follow up and highly recommend!
They will be out tomorrow for the fifth time to try to fix an ice machine. My landlord keeps using them, they’ve replaced all the parts and it’s still not working. I really don’t think they really know what they’re doing. -5/10 would not recommend.
Super experience - highly recommend - honest - even returned check I sent in because it was covered under warranty which I didn't realize - THANK YOU!
