Broward Factory Service

This is my 9th year with a service contract with Broward Factory. They've been very responsive and repaired a number of appliances and plumbing issues over the years. Today, Carlos repaired our leaky toilet. He came last week and identified two problems. The necessary parts were in their offices within 3 business days. Today, Carlos came within the time window they specified, had the repair done in 20 minutes, and everything is working correctly now. I'm so glad I have someone to call when there's a problem.

Im going to leave this just as general information but based on the reviews, it seems like this company doesnt give a rats ass about their customers or the way their employees drive. I had to slam my brakes because the guy who was driving this van cut me off and almost hit my car today.

This was the most expensive home warranty but I have ever purchased. I purchased with replacement cost and even paid more for his recommendation for the microwave touchpad to be covered an electronics. First, they have been out three times to fix two different refrigerators that have different issues. They have Back been back three times and still it is not fixed as they kept bringing the wrong parts. Then my microwave went to find out that the parts weren’t covered no callback from a supervisor, which is why I am placing a Google review. The girl who answers their phones for service was very nice but also didnt call me back the last time, probably because she knew they were not covering it. Horrible experience and going back to pride who does offer good service. Oh, I forgot to mentio

Don't trust the Gold plan offering from this company. They do not comply with their warranty terms. Despite having my appliances covered for over 15 years, they refuse to replace them when they can't repair them. Instead, they keep insisting that I replace the old appliances myself, which defeats the purpose of having a warranty plan in the first place. Save your money and avoid the hassle - look elsewhere for a more reliable warranty provider.

I’ve been paying Broward Factory extra premium each year for the past 6 years for replacement coverage. I’ve never needed anything replaced until my pool pump blew first week of September. It took them 4 weeks to replace it. Since it was installed 3 weeks ago, it’s still not operating properly. Either leaking or installed improperly. It’s going on two months for a pool pump. What if it was an A/C unit in August?? I’ve given them one more day to get it right or will cancel the coverage and make everyone I recommended them to aware. Jack of all trades, master of none applies!!
