10/10, would 1000% recommend! Justin was amazing. He was extremely thorough, he inspected every inch of the home and took his time. He was so patient with us and walked through the entire report with us to ensure we understood the information we were looking at. The report was colored and easy to read through. We ended up having to call him to come back out to re-inspect a portion of the property that wasn’t accessible the first time around, it was Wednesday when we spoke, he fit us in immediately (Friday). Overall, just a great guy and definitely made this a stress free experience for us. Thank you, Justin!
Justin was very thorough with my home inspection. He took pictures or videos of anything that was problematic and gave a detailed color coded report. Everything was easy to understand and if there was anything that needed clarification, Justin was happy to help. He was very nice and I would recommend him for any home inspection.
Justin was wonderful! He was very thorough and knowledgeable as well as kind. We had a very tumultuous home buying experience and he went above and beyond to help us. His inspection report was very easy to understand and access, including pictures of any issues, a severity rating of said issues and suggestions to resolve them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Justin was extremely professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the level of service he provided with the home inspection. He was friendly during the inspection and explained everything in detail, answered questions, and provided a in-depth report with photos the next day (which was a Saturday). I kept tossing around getting our home inspected, and am so thankful I did because he found an issue I never would have know about. He even did a follow-up to ensure the repairs were done properly. I highly recommend him for your home inspection.
