Two and one-half years later after renewing much of our home infrastructure we continue to enjoy good services and well maintained equipment from Brown Heating & Cooling. Our upgrade in 2023 included reasonable trade in values for a new furnace including an air shredder, a new hot water heater, a state of the art heat pump with a very reasonable cost for a 10 year warranty, some duct work, an under the house vapor barrier, and a new smart thermostat. The Brown arranged zero interest bank expense was very well worth the cost because our heating and cooling total costs dropped very significantly immediately after installation. The minimal cost system check up every six months keeps us well maintained, filters changed, and my 12 months a year allergies under improved control. We appreciat

Brown Heating and Cooling absolutely ROCKS! Two years ago they installed a large radiant floor heating system and we couldn't be happier! The were efficient, very pleasant and professional, and had great workmanship, Lately we had some odors in our utility room that we thought might be a propane leak, so the LP supplier tested for leaks (none). This morning Aaron checked everything this morning and tracked it down to a rodent odor, and told us how to handle it and exactly which direction to proceed. Even their office staff has the same professional and positive attitude, friendliness and GREAT communication! WONDERFUL!

Cliff and Robbie did an excellent job installing our new heat pump and furnace They were here when they said they would be and finished in one day! Great job and very satisfied! Will highly recommend.

Aaron gave an accurate estimate from the first visit. Was on time both times. Did a thorough job of cleaning the units and was friendly and explained what he did very clearly. Very satisfied.
