John and his team did a great job removing several trees in difficult locations utilizing heavy equipment and a lot of talent. In addition, the crew trimmed a number of trees on the property. They left the property clean and neat. Great communication including estimate, scheduling, and follow up.

The company came and gave me options for treating the Gypsy Moths. I asked lots of questions, got lots of answers and assurances.The previous year my yard was a disaster. My wife is highly allergic to the bug and even the filament they spin. I opted for both treatments just to be sure. It did NOT fix the problem. I called the owner. They came out a a week later and sprayed again. This did NOTHING to rid us of the problem. So they made a great pitch to sell the service, but did not solve our problem. Lesson learned.

I had a large tree removed in October. The contract read some lawn damage. My yard looks like a war zone. It has at least 20 deep ruts. Also, he was supposed to remove the stump. It’s January, and the stump is still there. When I called in October to see when he was coming back, he gave me two different stories. One his machine was broken and two he was waiting until he had other jobs in the area.
