Pumped a perfectly functioning septic. Somehow they charged us to pump more gallons than the tank holds, but we were at their mercy, so we paid the $580.00 House went into escrow after sitting empty for 5 months. Double charged to pump an empty septic tank and send report after telling me that a reinspection was $35, it was $420. Rep actually said it was a one hour minimum at $150.00, which was enough of a surprise. Total cost to pump $1000. Owner made no effort to remedy. Actually said we were lucky they didn't charge an additional 150.00 for the inspection.

Long story short. I was told a clogged sewer line coming from our residental property would take 4-5 hours of work at $180.00 an hour plus $120.00 call out fee..... so less than $1,000.00. It took Brian four hours to complete and I was charged nearly $3,400.00! Completely manipulative business practices and the owner Steve Poirier nor worker Brian Michaels will own up to their shady ways. After confronting them via telephone they ended the conversation that they will see me in court. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! DO NOT USE BROWN PLUMBING!

Great company and earned a lifetime customer today. The technician that came to south mountain gate to service the septic went well beyond his job description in helping identify and remedy our situation. Very professional and knowledgeable saving us both, hours and dollars. Wish we had cash he deserved a tip for sure! A million thanks!

We called Brown Plumbing to install a toilet. They were quick to show up and had it done in about 20 mins. Shortly after they left, we noticed the toilet had been installed incorrectly. We called Browns repeatedly with no callback. Eventually, after three weeks, the installer returned our call and said he would be out to fix it and never showed up. We now have a toilet that has been installed incorrectly and flushed $500 down the toilet. I would avoid this business.
