Be very cautious with Browns Construction LLC. I used them for a home warranty claim, and they suggested breaking my concrete just to diagnose a clogged basement drain. That was a red flag. The technician arrived in a Mercedes wearing a track suit, which didn’t inspire confidence. I asked him to leave, then called a licensed plumber who cleared the drain in two hours with a snake tool for $175. This experience felt like a scam. Homeowners should do their research and stick to trusted referrals to avoid wasting time and money.

Do not hire these people for any renovations. Be sure to read the other negative reviews because they are true. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to prove themselves. Only thing they proved was how dishonest they are. I have documentation of the consistent lies that was told. Paid money in advance to complete work but it wasn't done. Asked for more money for things that was supposed to have been already done. A liar needs to have a good memory. Put up plywood on my ceiling claimed it was a special sound proof wood. SMH it seems as though they were using my money for another job. A 3 to 5 week job still was not completed in almost 3 months. Extremely sloppy work.

After much research, we used this guys to renovate our dated kitchen and reinvigorate our barely used living room by installing an entertainment area. Everyone was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism throughout the entire process made me feel like an ultimate VIP customer thanks for your work..

What was promised to us as a 2-day job turned into 2 weeks. Junior managed to come up with every excuse for delays, including blaming us for selecting a concrete stamper that had to be special ordered. You'd think all of this should have been settled during the lead up to pouring. The actual work quality, as shown in attached, is sloppy - step not lined up with walk, water marks due to improper tenting in the rain. Last straw was the text received from Junior (attached) that was unbelievably condescending and obnoxious. We ultimately settled on a discount, but we are left with a shoddy job. Would NOT recommend hire.

Browns Construction is a great company very professional an on time plus gets the job done in a timely manner.
