Browns Moving & Storage

Do NOT select this delivery option when purchasing from Wayfair. I purchased a shower door from Wayfair, and it was supposed to be delivered no later than 1/30. Delivery was scheduled for 2/2 so I called and asked if anything could be done to pull this back in as it would effect the bathroom remodel. I was told they were experiencing an issue with their scheduling system but was assured I would get a phone call back - no one called. I waited until 2/2 and had my contractor here waiting to install. I received a call at 10:15 they would be there within 30 mins. 2 hours later when no one arrived I called Brown’s directly and received a lengthy explanation that they decided to cancel the delivery due to another error in their delivery system, and forgot to call me to let me know. Great guys! I was really hesitant about the moving process, but Antonio and his team were exceptional packing all my stuff, wrapping everything, and packaging it in labelled boxes so it didn't get mixed up. Definitely recommend!

We had an in-home delivery from Wayfair of a very heavy dresser, which we never could have wrangled into our house by ourselves. Wayfair provided the delivery at no charge, and it came from a moving company over 2 hours away, so we had no idea what to expect. We cannot give Cody and Will, the delivery persons, enough praise. They were professional and courteous. Cody first looked through the house to find the best way to deliver the furniture. Then he and Will placed the dresser in the room, paying careful attention to the hardwood floor. Then, after I asked whether the legs had floor protectors (they did not), they waited while I found some and even put them on the legs of the dresser before they took it off the hand truck. I ordered a hot tub from Wayfair and paid the extra fee to have moved to the location of my back deck which Wayfair partnered with them to provide this service. Due to inclement weather, I called first thing in the morning after they opened to try and reschedule. Nobody bothered to return my call and then the truck showed up in the middle of a snowstorm. The movers were not equipped to move a hot tub (only had a dolly). After the movers described how they packed the truck in order of deliveries and the hot tub was in the way- I was willing to relent on accepting delivery of the hot tub to my driveway, with the understanding that the movers would come back with straps or appropriate equipment and move it to the preferred location, which is what I paid for. Had bed delivered and a couple walls got damaged during delivery. The guys apologized and filled out accident form. I called and then sent pictures to Barb, she advised to get estimates amd submit. I ended having to fix it myself due to wait time for repairs. They paid for all.my supplies and some money was added for my time. Accidents happen and they made it right Thank You!
