Brown's Pools and Spas

Chelsea was extremely helpful in getting the tub picked out and delivered! Delivery crew was perfect, in and out with no issues. There was a leak in the new tub, no fault of Brown's, it just happens with anything mechanical. After being notified on the weekend, they had a tech out on Tuesday without poking and prodding. Got the leak sorted and we are off and running. Thanks!

I will never deal with this company again. I've tried being nice and that's not worked. Now comes the review, pictures, and contacting bullfrog. Witch is very hard to do I've come to find out. This $20,000 spa has not worked right from day one. They came out to repair it and did not tell me he was at my house I didn't know until he was leaving. Then I called to tell them that it was not put back together right and I was worried about the insulation he had to remove to do the repair. I also said I didn't like the fact that I just spent 20k on a spa and they are having to pull it apart to fix it. Well the guy left with it not back together like it was when is was first installed. Now it's falling apart. I've been trying to get them out to fix it for over a month. And I've only made 1 paymen

This is the second pool liner that Brown's Pools has installed for us. The first liner they installed lasted for 15 years. They did an amazing job and the pool looks wonderful. Every employee that we worked with was friendly and efficient. They did what they said they were going to be when they said they would do it. In fact, there was a mixup about the color of the liner on the contract, and to their own detriment, they made it good, even though they legally didn't have to. It says a lot about a company that is this honest. Just amazing. Thank you to the whole staff!

I came into Browns in Dallas with several pool issues (brown stain all over, broken filter gauge, and low filter pressure). Anthony at Browns went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot and fix every single issue! He also took the time to help me understand why I needed certain items and how the chemistry worked.
