I had a very disappointing experience with BRS Roofing Supply. There were delays in delivery and poor communication.. Additionally, because I had to travel out of town, I wasn't present when the materials were delivered. When we finally got to install them, we discovered shortages of some items in the order. Due to this experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this supplier

Brs is a fantastic and well maintained place. They have all of your roofing , siding, OSB and much more supplies for the exterior of homes. Their staff is amazing and kind, they will help anyone with all their needs . This is a one a one stop shop.

I requested a quote for a metal roof fabricated and all materials needed for a turn key install. The price was higher than expected but I agreed and paid in full for order. No deposit then payment once l received. My calls were not answered when the materials did not arrive on the scheduled day. They were confused about when they were actually receiving materials, which is when I realized they are just a reseller. When delivered arrived late it was missing the ridge vent which should have been included in a turn key order. Also nothing was fabricated for valley, just panels cut to length. When installing | realized we were missing an additional panel. When I called to ask where my missing ridge cap was they said it want on order even though we discussed a turnkey package. They made me pay

I was also impressed with their pricing, which was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The office was kept clean and organized, and the whole process felt well-managed and stress-free.
