The entire installation and service department for this company is grossly mismanaged and disorganized. I've dealt with countless errors in their communication, their billing, and their warranty work. Warranty work has been intentionally completed with incorrect parts. Billed services have been invoiced even though it was an issue with their installation. The integrity of this team lies in their inability to communicate and problem solve with accountability. This company will lie to you about the work they perform. They will charge you for components not replaced and will send technicians out that damage your equipment then blame everything else. Most of the techicians who show up don't even know how to repair the issues. No accountability and terrible correspondence from the office staff. I have worked in several buildings that contract this company and we have never had a decent experience from booking a call to billing.

During a repair we had a technician damage our membrane roof lining. When performing the repair I observed the technician open a brand new parts box, pull one small item out, do the replacement & they then kept the rest of the pieces in the box that they charged me for

This isn't your average personal experience review, but more of a personal encounter review. Today, (5/16/23) I was driving on Peña Blvd near DIA, and the vehicle pictured was driving rather aggressively. As I was driving already 10mph over the speed limit, this driver still caught up to me. As they approached closer, I could see this person (possibly) gesturing for me to get out of the left lane. I was in the left lane because of an approaching on ramp with vehicles about to merge. Once able, I moved over, and the driver proceeded to pass me. Eventually tailing the next person they approached. To me, this is impatience. Driving impatiently in a company vehicle leads me to believe that their work is done impatiently. That turns me away from businesses. Your actions being in company uniform

I Showed up on time at 10am to deliver their units. They didn't have a way to unload them. So I have to wait until the next day and miss out on my next load. They had no since of urgency because it's not their pockets it's hurting. Before you book a load to this place beware that they work when it's convenient for them only
