Bruce Plumbing Co

This company came to our house last year to fix a faucet outside. They said they were here 4 hours but were only here 2. I paid $200 half of the $400 at day of service. They left and the pipe They fixed broke again less than a week later. I had to cap off line myself to stop leak so we don't even have faucet They suppose to have fixed. I paid them half money at day of service and was going to pay other half the next month which they over billed us by 2 hours anyway but when line broke and water leaked everywhere and I had to fix myself and now don't even have outside water faucet I wasn't paying anymore and actually feel like I should be refunded for what I paid them. They sent a letter today talking about calling a lawyer on me. Well I have plenty of witnesses that they didn't fix it

They were referred to us from municipal employees who work with various plumbers and contractors. They lived up to their reputation for providing expert plumbing and competitive rates. They also counseled us on going with a cheaper option in order to save us money instead of doing what we thought we needed. They do not leave a mess and take care of your property. They present themselves a little rough around the edges but are very professional.

I had a gas leak and Bruce Plumbing acted on point and took care of the situation. Thank you for an outstanding job! Ben, you are my Hero!

Over charges for time spent when he was here for 1 hour and 5 minutes and put 1 hour and 30 minutes. Didn’t fix the problem - worked the day it was fixed and reverted back to running constantly. Also charged me for travel when I live 25.2 miles from their business.
