Brunner Painting

Brian estimated a job for me and I told him our home was in a remodel and the painting would be done in phases as the remodel was completed. He understood and gave me an estimate. Our remodel took approximately 4-5 months to complete due to project schedule. Brian painted downstairs areas. When I called him back for the upstairs, he accused me of changing the scope and he charged me 3 times what he estimated. Very disappointed as Brian’s crew, Mark & Gordon are stellar in their work. Brian showed up late everyday and the areas that Brian painted were sloppy. I paid him even though he grossly over charged me and he never corrected the sloppy areas where he ran paint onto counters, tile work and trim and ceilings.
