My mother used this company for many years and I now use them. I have never had a bad experience with them. Customer service has always been pleasant and deliveries take place within 3 days of when I call for a delivery.

Very disappointed with our experience with Bryant Oil. We have used their service for a year now and each time we’ve contacted them we have been met with poor costumer service and always seems to be annoyed with our request. We most recently asked for service for a low tank while experiencing extremely freezing temperatures and they left a note saying they would not deliver due to no sand on driveway, My husband then went to get sand early that next morning and then called to ask for them to come and they told us it would be a few days until they came out our way, only to then say they drove by in the morning and saw no sand which was not the case as my husband sanded at 7 am and they don’t open until 8. We've been a customer since 2006 I think. Service delivery and office staff have always been so nice. We buy our heating oil, propane and pellets from them. Prices are competitive. It's the customer service that really matters. In December of 2017 my neighbor prepaid online to a competitor oil dealer. Two+ weeks and no delivery for her. Whereas my oil dealer, Bryant, was great. We had lots of snow that year, many snow storms. Without even asking, Bryant delivered on December 31st, New Year's Eve, a Sunday. I highly recommend Bryant Energy.

We have been with Bryant energy for well over 12 years we built a new home and had them set two propane tanks we call when we get low and are very responsive to get here I even go out of my way to make sure the path is snow blowed to the tanks and well sanded

Been using them for years and they are always quick when we need them, even when I am excited to grill a day or two while waiting.
