Bryant Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning LLC

I called Bryant Plumbing, Heating, and Air after I detected a water leak. It was ~2:30pm. They were at my house in an hour--I didn't have an appointment, I cold called them. The two technicians, Aaron and Riley, were fantastic. I showed them approximately where the leak was, and they immediately went to work. They repaired the leak, and since I had them at the house, they did more plumbing work that I requested/wanted done. They we're through in just over an hour. I called other plumbers, too, that said they could work me in the next day--Bryant came through. They did great work, they had great attitudes, and they worked efficiently. They needed parts, and their office brought the parts to them so they didn't have to stop working. The bill was totally reasonable, and worth every penny. I

The man knew what our problem was with our AC unit based on our conversation over the phone. He is very knowledgeable of units with Heat Pumps. He came out as scheduled and had us going in no time. I will use him again and we do recommend them. McIntosh

This gentleman scheduled me for an appointment after my A/C went out. He assured me he would be there in a few hours and would call on his way. He never showed or called, so I called him a few times 8-10 hours later, but he never answered. I also left him numerous messages, but he couldn't find the time to respond. Great customer service, Bryant Plumbing! I really appreciate it.

I called 7/21/14 to have someone take a look at my mom's A/C unit. the lady that answered the phone was very polite and said she would pass the information on to someone. she did that very quickly, within an hour or so, a gentleman called and asked about the problem. he stated he would make my mom his first stop on 7/22/14. he called this morning when he said he would and was there at the time he said he would be...he had another gentleman with him and both were very polite and answered any question's that were asked. he could have charged mom for parts but didn't and was worried about a part and hoped doing what he did to the A/C unit would fix it....if I have anymore problems, they will be the first ones, and probably the only one's I call...thank you for getting there so quickly

My air-conditioning stop working and I called them, in 15minutes they came out, and now I have air-conditioning yes!!!! And price was not bad at all for emergency service, ill be calling them every year for tune-up and emergencies!!! THANK YOU!!!!
