Bryon Scholz Plumbing

On 9/12/23, my wife pre-paid Rick Smith $1,250 for 2 toilet installation and a pipe repair. One of the toilets could not be installed and Rick received full credit from his plumbing supply for that toilet (per his email having received it). After many email, texts, phone calls, and him saying he’s sent a check out, we’ve never received a check yet. He took advantage of my trusting wife who paid him in full before any work was done.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- a review like this would have saved me $2,200. Bryon Schulz plumbing took a $2,200 deposit for a job and then never showed. A month later, the deposit has not been returned and Bryon or Rick will not respond to text, email or phone.

Best plumbing company bar none. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. Quality work, knowledgeable and caring techs. Using them for Master bathroom and laundry remodel, and used them in the past for guest bathroom remodel. Kinda wish I had another bathroom to do to use them again. Thanks to Shawn, Terry, and the whole team for treating my home with care and respect.

This plumber was recommended highly by an old friend whom I trusted. When I spoke to the owner he was very kind and professional but unfortunately, the owner was not the person who showed up at the house. The plumber who did the work seemed rushed because it was his last job of the day. He came to deal with a leak we had been experiencing with our toilet. The original problem was corrected because he stopped the leak which was coming from the bottom of the toilet but he grouted the tile where the leak had lifted tiles and actually put lose tiles upside down and left tiles completely out. The area looks horrible now. Every time I look down at the ground I am disgusted and reminded of the $150 dollars that I spent on an awful job.
