I recently hired Nick Bova and BSB Construction to demolish an old and crumbling barn on my property. The roofing contained asbestos, so asbestos regulations and monitoring were required. Nick suggested it would likely be possible to get a variance on the asbestos, saving me many thousands of dollars. He applied to the state and received the variance. When Nick and his crew came to do the work, they arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned and left the work site in perfect condition. I asked him to try to avoid certain bushes and an adjoining building when the demolition was happening, and he did that perfectly. All in all I felt confidence and trust in Nick and the company, and was perfectly satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend them for this type of demolition work.
