The team's professionalism during our window project was consistently excellent.

BSR was a nightmare. Communication was spotty and unprofessional at best. They damaged my lawn and, by trying to fix it, made it actually worse and had to fix it myself. They installed the wrong roof material on just part of my first level and took over a month to fix that. They did a spotty job with what I guess could be called flashing and used red screws on my white trim- all of which was communicated about prior and after the initial installation. While I was out of state whomever they sent to finish the roof not only used my personal ladder but took it with them and did not rectify the situation until I came home a week later.
