Our heat stopped working and we needed someone quickly. This company had the sweetest receptionist when I called. They were able to work us in within a day due to a cancellation. Brad did great work. He took his time and made sure the unit was working properly before he left. He took the time to explain things that were going on. Overall great experience and will use them in the future. :)

I had the most pleasant experience with Tyler, and his company. He was extremely knowledgeable about his chosen field. They came when he said they would. Worked effectively and quietly. Got done with the install of both inside and outside units quickly. His guys with him were also very professional. I am so glad he answered his phone the day I called. We had a heating issue of course when it is needed the most. We didn't know anyone and were able to get a recommendation for Kyle. He immediately came out, to the house and within minutes found a loose wire on a breaker which has corrected the problem. He provided other $ and efficiency tips. Highly recommended Tyler now merged with Hall Propane. Our new go to guy for hvac needs.

Tyler and his team are professionals through and through!! Installed a mini split. It looks amazing and Tyler spent time explaining how everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too!

Very professional company. We are very pleased with the two heat pump units that were installed. We are also pleased with the price. I would recommend BTR to anyone who is looking for service or a new heating/cooling system. Tyler is honest, trustworthy and a man of his word.
