Bub's Septic Pumping

I don't know why I haven't written a review sooner. I am getting ready to call for a pump out because they did such a great job the first time. Fast, Friendly and very Professional. They are listed in my home documents as the go to for anything septic!

Vendor (Louie) did a good job on septic system service. However, his assistants could not read the septic location map and attempted digging in four wrong spots and damaged my sprinkler system lines in these four wrong spots. Louie came back and fixed the damage in 3 of the 4 damaged sections, and said he was going to come back and fix the last section but never responded or came back, so I am now having to fix it myself. I have had to do nearly all the digging throughout the lines repair, to find the leaks, and to put it all back in place. See photo of one of the damaged sections. Definitely will not use this vendor again.

2 years ago we had set a time to install risers and when I texted to asked when they would be here they didn’t reply for 6 hours just to tell me they couldn’t make it that day. Blew it off and today we had scheduled an 8am appt and they did show. Texted them to ask when they would be here and didn’t get a call until 10 am to be told they didn’t write it in the books but could have someone out around 12. We said that is fine and it is now almost 2 and they haven’t replied for my request for a ETA in 40 minutes. They showed up at 1:45.

Professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Called with a septic problem and the owner talked us through how to check and clean a filter over the phone!! Just don't find service like this anymore. Will definitely call with future pumping or service needs. Highly recommend!! Thank You Bub's Septic!!!

Louie at Bub's was great to work with and did the job in no time at all. In fact, he was literally in the neighborhood and came right away! Always has great information. This is the second time we used Bub's. The first time he came he let me know that the previous service had only pumped out one side of the septic tank. (The second lid was too tough for them to get open apparently, but the other guys never said a thing and still charged me full rate. Bad review for them.) But BUB'S IS GREAT!
