Buchmyer's Pools worked with us to redo our damaged pool liner. Their pricing was reasonable for the job and, even when there were some hiccups with installation, they made sure to collaborate with us to ensure the job was completed to a high degree of quality and satisfaction. One of the owners even came out personally to ensure things were completed as expected. They are dedicated to the customer experience and I would work with them again.

I don't know where to start. My experience with this store was beyond awful and disappointing. I bought an 18' round pool. When they delivered all the items, they called me saying that they delivered the wrong one. They proceeded to pick up the one that they left and gave us the "right one." When I hired the crew, almost and the end, the liner didn't fit. I called, and they were questioning their expertise by saying that maybe they were putting it wrong when I clearly sent them pictures that it didn't fit. Turns out they gave me a 15' liner instead of an 18'. I had to pay the crew even though they didn't finish due to the company mistake and I had to pay the water delivery truck a fee because they were there and they couldn't deliver the water that I requested. They've been great for opening and closing our pool and were very helpful one year when we came home from vacation to a green pool. They helped us choose the right products to get our pool back in shape.

This company fit me in when no others could. They were extremely professional and went out of their way to help me. I was even out of their area of operations and they still took the job because they sensed my desperation. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their work. Their staff were amazing and easy to talk to. They showed me how to operate everything and went into detail to explain what they fixed and to contact them if I needed anything else.
