This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. We had a slab leak issue that we thought was going to cost us well into the 3k+ range for the plumbing aspect alone (not including the repairs needed after access and repair) However, Jonathan used his experience to tackle the issue from a another angle without having to tear out the floors in our home. Thank you Jonathan for saving our home and our wallets from thousands in expenses and damages. Will definitely be using this company for future repairs, should we need them again

The office staff provides excellent communication and quick responses. Marcin is always pleasant, competent, a good communicator and always cleans up very well. We feel their prices are reasonable and highly recommend them.

From the estimate to installation Buckeye Plumbing exceeded my expectations! All the estimates for the job were just about the same. It was the professionalism and customer service that sets them apart. Chris did an amazing job at install. He arrived exactly on time was very polite, professional. Very clean work. Our water heater broke while we were away on Holiday. I called Buckeye and they were wonderful in getting an early morning appt the next day. Daniel was wonderful installing a brand new 50 gallon water heater. He was very professional and explained everything to me after it was installed. I really love this company . The service and workers are wonderful . Thank you
