Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Do not recommend. Showed up to my property completely unannounced. Blocked my driveway, failed to identify himself. When I confronted him, he claimed to be working for Comcast, but provided no identification. Said he wasn't being rude, and he wasn't bothering me because he didn't think anyone was home (even tho there were two cars parked in front of my house, one in the driveway). He then informed me he would be pulling his truck into my driveway... didn't ask if it was ok...just told me. Do not recommend this very rude, unprofessional company. I'm still not sure why he's here digging up my front yard.

I was going to leave 2.5 stars just because it’s not the best and it’s not the worst rating. I have no personal experience with this company as a client or employee. However after seeing a viral video of a company truck crash into the power lines ( big cables on poles or wood beams that runs power for people or businesses in the area ) tried to explain with easy terminology lol. He crashed into these cables, backs up jumps the curb hit a stop sign continues to drive and flips the truck on the side. Based on other reviews I’ve read I would recommend going somewhere else. Contact your major water/electric company to take care of your issues. If willing give them a chance maybe they’ve worked on getting better and weeding out the cancerous people bringing them down with poor an unsafe work et

Incredibly unprofessional company. They've had the street blocked for over half an hour, and they aren't even working. They are standing in the road loudly bragging about damaging private property. If I did a shot every time I heard profanity I'd have blacked out 20 minutes ago. Everyone on this crew should be immediately fired. West View PA 12-11-25

I can see why this company has terrible ratings. The crew on site here in Manchester has foul mouths and attitude. The woman on site came into my property for no reason inciting my dog to bark, to which I investigate. I was told she was just looking at him and "there was no reason to stare her down". She came into MY land and had the audacity to say that to me. Completely unprofessional!

This morning my daughter (22) was trying to get through the Squirrel Hill Tunnel and a driver from this company was driving extremely recklessly. He tried to cut her off and drive her off the road multiple times. Also he blared the horn and followed her at a threatening and unsafe distance. She is a newer driver but maintains the speed limit. Just because your drivers don't know how to drive and want to go 30 over the speed limit doesn't mean you need to put other people at risk. Seems like from reading other reviews, this company does not care about road safety. Blaring your horn at a young girl at 9AM is not very mature from someone driving a company truck. Do better.
