Called Brian, voice mail said he was temporarily closed. He still came over same day and fixed problem on washer. A loose water hose fitting. And very reasonable fee! Thank You so much Brian! Your the best!

If I could do negative stars that would be even more helpful than what he was to me. As soon as he answered the phone you could tell he didn't want to help me. Came up excuse after excuse to not fix a washer. What a joke!

Brian was a very kind and courteous person and very honest. he told me about my washer and even though he wasn't able to fix it did give me some recommendations and explained everything highly recommend him

Brian did a fantastic job! The part we needed arrived earlier than originally expected and he came right over and fixed our dryer for us. Wonderful customer service! I am so thankful I called Bucyrus Appliance Repair!!

Even though phone had message temporarily closed, I was able to leave a message. He called back and was able to get our dryer running once parts came in....better than having to buy a new one!
