IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD I PURCHASED A BEDROOM SET ON SALE FROM A FURNITURE STORE I CALLED & SPOKE WITH RON WHILE AT THE STORE TO GET IT DELIVERED & SET UP HE STATED TO ME THAT HIS GUYS COULD PICK UP FROM THE STORE & SET UP FOR A HOUR IT WAS $180.00 COOL NO PROBLEM HE SAID AFTER A HOUR IT WOULD BE ADDITIONAL FEE OK NO PROBLEM I MOVED RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD FROM THE FURNITURE STORE NOT EVEN 5MILES THEY CAME WITH MY BEDROOM SET & JUST DROPPED EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM DID NOT PUT THE BED TOGETHER & THE TALL GUY TELLS ME FOR A HUNDRED DOLLARS THEY WOULD PUT IT TOGETHER & CHANGED UP WHAT HIS BOSS TOLD ME SO I TOLD HIM NO IM NOT PAYING NOTHING ELSE NOW Y'ALL GOT MY DAMN MONEY & I HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY TO COME & NOT ONLY PUT MY BED TOGETHER BUT TO PUT MY BEDROOM SET IN THERE RIGHT NEVER EVER

I had an excellent experience with Bud Moving Company! After being stood up by another company, they were able to provide next-day service, which was such a relief. The movers even arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time and finished ahead of the allotted timeframe. They were friendly, professional, and handled my belongings with great care. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐️

This company was awesome. The price was great. Other companies wanted to charge us for their travel to our pick up location and the crew getting back to their office once finished. Not BMC. The two guys came work and they hustled. They were polite and professional. I highly recommend Bud Moving Company.

I contacted Bud Moving Company and hired them to move me less than 1 mi to my new apartment. There were three gentlemen who came to move us that day about 2 months ago. We did all of the packing by ourselves. They charged us $350. About a month and a half later things still were getting unpacked and it got very cold outside. I began to look for my jacket. It was a Jacksonville Jaguars jacket the very first one in 1995 when the Jacksonville Jaguars became an NFL team. This was a gift from my fiance's mother who has passed away. For him and I it was priceless. He gave it to me as a gift . We went through everything in our one bedroom apartment searching every box that had not been opened. The jacket is nowhere to be found. I hired two guys to move my stuff out of a storage unit, wrap my furniture, and load it into a U-Haul. Pretty simple. I had told them I wanted ALL the furniture wrapped and even brought my own plastic wrap for them so they would have plenty of wrap to use for my furniture. When I went to go unload the furniture I had discovered that they had NOT wrapped all my furniture. My West Elm nightstands, my outdoor table, and outdoor chairs were not wrapped at all. Worst of all they had scraped off the gold finish on my nightstands. When I called to ask about it I was told that their policy is that they usually don't wrap metal furniture (???). Okay, well I had given specific instructions to wrap ALL furniture. When I went to file a claim they told me the basic insurance doesn't cover scuffs and sc
