Durham roofing replaced the old half of my roof a year ago. When I had a leak this year in the valley between the old and new section I called them to come fix it. They came and said it was a ripped shingle. I paid them. That was not the leak. It took three more visits over two months before they found a hole the size of a quarter in the valley where I told them the water was pouring in. They charged me for all those visits even though I had already paid them for the first visit which did not fix the problem. I have had to replace five ceilings because it took them so long to find the hole in the flashing beside the section of new roof they replaced. They keep charging me for not fixing the original problem. One experienced roofer eventually found the hole and fixed it but I shoul
