Hired Severino to enclose our lanai. They did an excellent job. The workers, sales staff and office staff were all very courteous, professional and responsive. The design/build project was bid, and Severino was the lowest, and provided exactly the product we desired. They are highly recommended for their professional work at a reasonable price.

Hired them to do the Gutter, Soffit, & Drain system based on the longevity of their business & reputation in the area. Did not work out at all. Original system functioned better than the new installation from day one. Would not work with this company if you, the client, are a woman. They will take advantage of you. Jay came and adjusted our triple sliding doors. He did a great job, and fixed some additional issues as well. He is the door whisperer!

I worked with Mark on a problem I had with my screen enclosure. Mark stayed in touch, and we worked through an issue that we thought couldn't be fixed. He sent an incredible tech out by the name of Ray. I must have had 30 places on the metal cage that didn't fit right and this was a new screen enclosure in a new development. I wasn't home the day Ray came but there were cameras. Ray worked hard and hit every issue removing blue tape indicators one at a time. When I got home, I was overjoyed. Budd Serverino is worth working with and if you are lucky enough, you will get Mark and Ray to do the job!

I can understand why it took over two months for my gutters to arrive, due to covid-19 and issues with China, since I needed a specific color. The two-man team installing were very nice, accommodating and courteous. however, the Brown gutters were installed with globs of white calk inside the aluminum side, along almond colored facing wall and along the edges under the brown eaves. From my second story window it looks very unattractive with splashes of bright white calk all over the inside of the gutter, eaves and wall. I called the Company to see if they could paint the calk to at least disguise it and spoke to Mark. Mark replied that they always use white calk and that he wasn't even sure it was paintable.
