Buddy's appliance RIPPED off a disabled veteran leaving them Christmas week stranded. The Veteran paid 221 to have a fridge fixed, and it still doesn't work. Buddy's came out the Monday before Christmas. The charged a disabled hospice patient $221to fix their fridge. It never cooled and when veteran called they were told no one would be back until the Monday after Christmas. They never came and when the veteran called he was told they wouldn't be back out to work on it. Veteran who is also on a fixed income threw multiple trash bags of food away!!! Save your money, don't pay these crooks!

Hey guys, I just want to warn everyone about Buddy's Appliance Repair in Wise. We have called this company for four different problems over the past few years. Everytime he came he did absolutely nothing. The last time he came was the same as always before. He didn't check anything on the refrigerator, as usual he said "I hate to tell you, it's going to cost you 75.00 to tell you, you need a new refrigerator. They don't make parts for that old of refrigerator." Well we now have you figured out. You make your money by making service calls and doing nothing other than showing up to collect 75.00. That's pretty good. You don't have to do any work and you don't have to pay for parts. Well let me tell you we didn't need a new refrigerator and yes they still make parts for my refrigerator. I wa

Called this place for a repair on a washer, and the man i spoke to was in no hurry to take my money or fix my machine. Instead, I told me I could buy a brand new one for 550.. after I quoted a grand for a new washer. So, I will not be calling this place to fix shit. I needed a repair not a referral.

Asked him to fix our dryer he came out said he fixed it we payed him 140$ for nothing he didn't even give us the new part we payed 35$ for he just went to his truck and got a old one our dryer still doesn't work and we won't be using again ! Poor service.. 140$ for nothing ... sad

Dryer made a noise and worked otherwise, after he “repaired” it wouldn’t dry and turned off immediately. He then comes back and says it will be 280.00 for the computer board he tore up. Never use this company, unprofessional has no clue what he is doing other than taking people’s money. I lost 200.00 plus had to replace the dryer he tore up 600.00-
