Buddy’s has become our go to provider for all our flooring needs. Most recently, we replaced the flooring in our master bath and are very pleased with the outcome. Dave was wonderful to work with, very professional, accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend!

About 2 years ago my wife and I bought Mannington LVT from Jeremy. He sold us on its ability to hold up to dogs and kids. He told us that it has a several day warranty on water damage and he took his keys out of his pocket and scratched the plank and told us it was scratch resistant. About a year of having the floor installed we had bubbling planks due to water and scratches. When Jeremy sold us the product he told us that Buddy’s has tremendous claims department and would take of any problems we had. But when I went in to tell them about the issues we were having Dave said he was going to send our pictures over to claims but I never heard back from Dave or claims. A few months ago my wife was sliding an Amazon box on the floor and the top layer of a plank peeled off. She went up the store
