Budget Air Supply & Equipment

I ordered a defrost board on Tuesday at 3pm and paid for two day shipping. Understably it was not processed until the next day. Not understably, when FedEx did not show up it was not taken to a FedEx drop off. I paid the same price in shipping as I did the for part itself, which should have made this a priority. The shipping that was chosen was not even 2 day shipping as when it was finally picked up by fedex it says Monday delivery which would makes it regular shipping. Now due to lazy employees my 1yr old son will have to wait until Monday before he can play/sleep in his room, when we aren't using space heaters to heat our house. Reasonable prices and friendly, helpful associates. They had everything I needed to install my new heat pump system and got me loaded up in short order. If you are replacing your old system or you just need to do some repairs this is the place.

Misrepresentation! Sold a 5 year old system as NEW. Refuse to resolve. We purchased a 3.5 ton unit on Aug 3, 2020. We have been dealing with extremely high energy bills and found out they sold us a 2015 manufactured unit. I called budget air supply today and the lady was extremely rude. Refused to say who the owner of the business is or how to contact them and said GOODBYE and hung up. (FDUTPA). will be informed and legal steps will be taken. (deceptive and unfair trade practice under Florida law)
