Went to the company's website and booked an appointment for 9 am, but did not receive a phone call, text or email confirming the appointment. The company is based in Tinley Park, and I hope it's not because I live in Harvey that there was NO contact made? Ijs Totally unprofessional!

Mike came out the next day and rekeyed my four locks in about a half hour. He also made a couple of extra mailbox keys for us a no extra cost.

Michael arrived on time and he was extremely professional. He unlocked my car and made me a new key. He also made a valet key at no charge. All of this in 20 minutes. His rates were lower than anyone else around by half. Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend budget lock and key

Great service, very fast! It was maybe 20 minutes from when I called, to when he had my car unlocked, he even replaced my key battery for no extra charge!
