I called because we were having issues with our drainage. They came out almost the next day, they were all super friendly and polite. We had a root intrusion in our sewer pipe, these guys made quick work of clearing it out and now we know where we have to fix the pipe. It took 2 hours but worth every penny! Thank you

Extremely overpriced I saved $2,000 by going with another company. Their mileage rate is excessive, I think they just throw any number out there because on my other invoice the mileage had a different amount that was higher. Please do your research and compare the quotes

I recently moved to Russell and purchased an older home whose systems hadn't been very well maintained. I had some plumbing and heating issues that needed to be looked at. I called the office Monday afternoon and Amy said she'd be able to tell me the following morning how soon they could come out. Tuesday morning she informed me that someone would be by that day. Jim was dispatched for the job. He spent part of the next 3 days working on clearing my drain line, venting the plumbing correctly, replacing my water heater and cleaning and repairing my furnace. This is an excellent company for plumbing issues. We had problems with our sump pump and sink. Jim was very knowledgeable and has taken care of our problem. I would highly recommend them for plumbing and other needs.
