A very kind and fair buisness. We are so impressed with the work that they do and how wonderfully they treat us. They do good work and they do it right! We have had many plumbers in the past but we constantly were still having problems, Budget Rooter fixed EVERYTHING. We are never going to use any other plumbing service again. Cannot recommend enough. John has been to our house on multiple times to deal with various issues. He has been super helpful when it came to to solving problems. Him and Matt answered all of my questions, and even helped walk me through some issues that I was trying to do myself. They are punctual, kind, and honest.

Do not recommend! Budget Rooter came out to check my sewer line for possible clog/damage. Guys that came out "scoped" the drain but stated they could only get 8' in before hitting water and said there was nothing more they could do. Paid $325 for absolutely no helpful information. Had another company out that scoped the pipe out over 25' and explained that there was a crack and needed to be replaced. Paid nothing for this accurate and helpful information. Contacted Budget Rooter for a refund and they just argued with me over the phone. Waste of $ and will never use or recommend them to anyone!

Budget Rooter makes things headache-free and affordable. The staff is really friendly. They did my water supply line that broke under my lawn and have not had any issues. I highly recommend them.

When Mike arrived, he was right on time, incredibly friendly, and took the time to walk me through all of my options for the toilet repair, providing clear estimates for each. Since plumbing repairs tend to go over my head, he even explained everything to my husband over the phone, which was so helpful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer-focused service. I’ll definitely be calling Budget Rooter again for any future plumbing needs!
