I was in need of an inspection of an electric water heater to satisfy the lender. There was a tankless which I replaced myself and the lender required a licensed plumber to inspect. Two very professional plumbers showed up in a very timely manner. I'm beyond happy with the outcome and so is the mortgage lender. I was told a technician would make it to my house in the morning. A technician arrived at 2:30 which I understand. The technician had no clue why the issue at hand was occurring, so he called his boss. His boss never arrived or looked at this issue first hand. After talking to his boss, he gave me a $3500 estimate that could fix the problem, but they couldn’t for sure say what the issue was but that they think it should work. Told me that my toilet has always drained into my sump pump - not true. Would not listen to me. When the technician left, the horrendous smell continued. The water was coming into my sump pump at an outrageously fast rate (was not happening before he arrived). He said it should quit - did not. It ran for 20 hours. I was very happy with the work done by your employees, Stacey and Blake. They were here everyday for a week to replace the pipes under my home and install a new bathtub/shower. Stacey was very knowledgeable and always made sure to show me what they were doing and updates he had made, like moving the main water shut off in my house. (It was under my home)!! They are both very hard workers, polite, and I have already recommended Bud's Plumbing to several of my friends. If I need anything else, I will definitely call again 💯
