I'm very late with this review, as I've got my AC completely redone with everything brand new after our old unit failed back in September of 2025. I want to thank everyone who has contributed to our awesome experience. From the beginning with Donovan Slezak, who told us what was wrong with our old unit and what could be done. To Ryan O'Connor who gave us options from repairing the old unit to looking at brand new units. Then Kyle Frere and his partner Evan who were the installers, they were such cool guys (no puns intended). They did such an incredible job from taking out the old units to installing the new one's. I recently had a maintenance service completed by Buehler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and I wanted to share what was ultimately a very positive experience. During the visit, an issue came up that required additional attention. What really stood out to me was how quickly the team responded. They immediately offered to expedite service as soon as the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to accommodate that timing due to my schedule, but they made it a priority and arrived first thing the following morning. The technician, Jesse, was exceptional. I recently contacted Buehler Air for a 2nd opinion to address some issues my 11 year old system was was experiencing during the recent cold snap. Thats when I met Dillon. A very personable young man. It didn't take long for me to be impressed with his thoroughness and his ability to clearly explain the complex workings of an AC/Heating system. He confirmed that costly repairs would be required to my existing system. I asked for a proposal for the York AC system. He asked me several questions and gave sound recommendations and came up with a cost below the proposal I had gotten the previous day. If I could give this company more stars I would. Our 20+ year old AC unit died on us and we had no idea what to do in this Florida heat. Not only did they come out same day to inspect and give a quote for replacement, but the technician Kyle got us the best deal they could offer. Kyle was extremely personable and knowledgeable, talking to us as people and not a sale. The install techs Larry and Derek were very kind, efficient and informative.
