Buell Fuels

Overall great experience so far. I had one employee on Monday 2/9 with a serious attitude issue, stated “it’s just too busy here today” and denied me service even though the house I purchased was a customer who was filled two months prior. I called the following week and it was corrected and I had fuel within 2 days. Thank you to the staff who set this up and ensured we had a warm home, and thank you for taking your job seriously and with care.

Excellent service and attention to detail. We've been customers of Buell Fuel for a number of years, and they have always been there for us when we needed them. Not just for fuel delivery but when our furnace broke down, they had us back up and running in no time. we would highly recommend them!

We have been with Buell Fuel a couple years now never had a problem. Because we are on autopay. The fuel comes and it gets paid. Now here we are in the dead of winter and one of their drivers made a mistake. There is a discrepancy on our account and they are refusing to deliver. Meanwhile our oil is almost out. And I am trying to talk through things with the rep Colleen and her responses to me of “I can’t sit in the phone and argue all day” and then hanging up on me… shows me exactly what kind of company I am dealing with. You all get my money everything is great. But if you make a mistake and I am simply trying to understand you don’t have time for it. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with. If i could give zero stars that would even be gracious. I was a new customer and asked if i wanted auto pay i stated no, i have never been on that with my previous supplier (RL Parsons who is absolutely wonderful to work with) said i just wanted 200 gallons because i had just purchased this residence and was trying to figure the usage on the underground tank. Said they deliver 3 days a week in my area, GREAT!!!... they missed all three that week, charged my card though for the approx. $730. Finally made it out the following week after multiple calls and what seemed like an eternity on their endless loop of on hold (Trying to get someone on the phone is near impossible) and there was some sort of issue with filling the tank (which i found out th
