If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Everything was excellent—from my first call to the completion of the work. It was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very kind. I called today and they were able to come out right away to take care of our windows. They had been neglected for about 10 years, and many of them had heavy hard water stains that had built up over time. Even after the first pass, the difference was night and day. Tristan was our service technician and he was fabulous. He checked in with me throughout the process, confirmed exactly what I was looking for, and kept me updated as he worked. They arrived on time and did a very good job. They looked and acted very professional. At the end, I requested them to go over some areas that are tough to reach. They went and did it with a very good attitude and they were able to clean it perfectly and that is very much appreciated. I will definitely call them anytime I need window cleaning.

Wow didn't realize we had a great backyard until we got our windows cleaned!!! They are soooo clear. Tristan was amazing. He let me know when he was arriving, cleaned inside and out, was very professional and such a gentleman. Im so glad we found Buff Boys in our neighborhood. Best job ever, highly recommended!!! I had a great experience and Tristan was great! I have never had my windows cleaned like this before, and I am very happy! My windows are difficult because they are facing west and when the sun sets one can see every imperfection showing through the sun light! Like I said, I never had my windows as clean as they are now and I will definitely book Tristan again in the future.
