Contractors beware. Client underpaid me by 500$ for invoice last year. Still have zero resolution or accountability for their actions. Was told by Nathan directly that “lucky he paid me anything, could have not paid me and went about his day!” Make sure if you do business with these people everything in on paper.

Don’t waste your time doing bids for these guys. One of their employees John Yeager had asked for a bid and was unable to answer the simplest of clarification questions. It’s very obvious they don’t even have a clue about the job they are bidding and are leaning on the subcontractor to do their job. Please stop wasting people’s time.

They need to place there banners better on there construction sites. So there not blocking the view of traffic

Nathan Rariden, a senior project manager at Buffalo construction per his email, requested info from my company on a project he is working on. Less than two weeks ago, my sales rep gave him a verbal for his project. At that same time, we lost our production manager. Nathan contacts me at 9pm on Friday night demanding a formal estimate to his scope. I go back and forth with him trying to help as sales rep is out on family leave. He could not give me details of scope in order for me to look over. Nathan needed this "asap" and said he financed it later telling me he had cash.
