Buffalo Stone & Tile

Our experience with Buffalo Stone was remarkable - from the initial design to the finished installation. Bob kept us informed throughout the process so that we knew exactly what to expect. Sage and Blaine were awesome to work with during the installation and went above and beyond to get the new soapstone countertops just right. We are thankful that we picked Buffalo Stone to complete this project for us and highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

I'm so happy with my new counter tops and backsplash! I enjoyed working with Bob on the design and finding the perfect stone. He was determined to find what I wanted and patient as I made the choice. Sage, Blaine and Aiden did an absolutely amazing job with all aspects of the installation. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean. I strong encourage anyone to consider this business for a project.

Decided to try a local and we got burned. Poor workman’s-ship, communication, customer service. From start to finish it was a mess. Didn’t order enough product, ordered wrong product. Install was even worse. He has inexperienced installers who do messy work than try and hide their messy work. Make the drive to Sheridan and save yourself the headache.

Put on a stone stoop that cracked and crumbled in 6 months...no problem, things happen. However, they should know their materials well enough that a different stone should have been used originally. The poor review comes from the fix. I agreed to meet them halfway on price to replace the stoop and the bill for the fix was TWICE the original. My stoop was now three times the quoted expense. When I called to discuss the bill, instead of listening or understanding, I was told how much payroll was!!! The cost of doing business is NOT my problem. The new stoop is not centered under the door and the color of the second stone doesn't compliment the house as well as the first crumbling one did. I'm very disappointed.
