Gregory and Gavin were wonderful during the termite treatment process. Gavin did the inspection and Gregory did the treatment. He was quick to respond, provided excellent communication, and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Update: 3 weeks ago I had my house treated. I think that the treatment was done wrong by Jake (the technician) based on what Steven and the lady over the phone told me would happen. I notified them 3 days later that I still had live bugs. I was told they don't work on the weekends so I should call back on Monday if the bugs are still there. I called back Monday and was told by Steven that a supervisor would come out the following Monday and that no one else would be coming out before then. I still have live bugs and have yet to see anyone. Steven was the best professional I've met for awhile. Very nice and polite and knowledgeable
