Great experience with Bug N A Rug. Kathren and the staff were friendly and very clear on the service and what is contained in my quote. Kirby R my tech is great! You can tell he truly enjoys his profession and is extremely knowledgeable. He took extra time to answer all of my questions and provide additional information that allows me to understand how to look for any signs of potential termite or insect activity. I appreciate the support from him and would recommend Bug to others for sure.

Bug-N-A-Rug has been servicing our home this year and it’s been an excellent experience. They have resolved our water bug problem and we continue to have a bug free home! We also did the red ant service and they always come out id the ants show back up. Kirby in particular has serviced my house more than once and he’s amazing! He is always very friendly and greats my animals and has patience with them. He covers the house inside and out throughly and takes the time to go over any questions you have and is very knowledgeable on what he does. I highly recommend this company!

Travis was exceptional. He did an extremely thorough job with the regular maintenance pest control service. Not everyone does as thorough a service, even though that is what you pay for. Travis was polite and professional and I put him on my preferred technician list!
