I have worked with Bug-N-A-Rug for nearly three years, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely negative. As a property manager, I rely on service providers to be responsive, professional, and solution-oriented, but this company has consistently failed in those areas. Recently, we discovered that a refrigerator in one of my managed properties had stopped working. Upon inspection, it was found to be infested with roaches and completely damaged. When I contacted Bug-N-A-Rug for assistance, their staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I recently learned they also offer pre-treatment during new construction to help prevent future infestations. Their critter removal team is responsive and reliable.
